question about meeting module to associate in diferrent modules

Hi, i wanted to ask about Meeting Module a question,
when i adding a new meeting

and i choose in field "Related To" the module Student

i can associate the meeting to module Student and also to choose more module

here is the picture -

but, when i choose module leads or even custom module i made,

i can only associate the meeting to one module

here is the picture -

my scenario is -

that i want to create meeting beetwin two module

1. module course

2. module lecturer

those module are custom modules that i made

and for now i cant do it

there is any settings in those modules that i need to change?

for i can accomplish my request?

lets say that in the first picture, i can associate the student record and also his deal record

and in the second picture i can to it when i chose in the field "Related To" the option = Others or Leads

i cant associate to two modules
