Question about modules relations and Lookup Field

hello,

 I am currently testing Zoho before registration for the Enterprise version . I can't link 2 modules . Data found on the forum have not sufficiently helped me (probably a problem of understanding from me because of the language).

1. I want to create a custom module containing  mainly a text field to write successives memos related to leads, Accounts and Contacts . (Ok for this part , I see how). For example, this module will be called " Associated Memos " .

2. This custom module must be linked to each card "Leads" , "Account " and " Contact". I must be able to create and edit a new record on each of these views through an associated list ( Just like a campaign, a product or a solution). Each memo can include a lot of text, and I need to access it quickly, for example to read it during a phone call .

I have not been able to understand how to do this with the lookup field. Could you tell me the process ?

3. If a "Lead" is converted to an Account or Contact, the memos from the custom module " Memos Associates " must also migrate (It is their history ) . How to do this?
