Just looking to clarify: I was on ZOHO several years ago and it used to be that with a paid professional plan, the first three users were 'free' and the fourth and up were $12/mo ea.  Or for a 20 person organization, it would cost (20-3)*$12/mo.

Has that policy changed or is this still the arrangement?
