Question about problems with French and English surveys

Question about problems with French and English surveys

Hi. I created a survey in both English and French, and I want to: 1) redirect English and French respondents to a different website (we have a paid subscription which allows us to do that), and 2) have a different survey title for both English and French respondents. 

How do I do that?
