Question about Professional version / Enterprise version

Question about Professional version / Enterprise version

Hi,

I am about to purchase an annual subscription for several users on Zoho CRM, yet, I have a question before purchasing. 

1) Is it possible to have on the same CRM: some people using an Enterprise accounts (so that they could create new custom modules) and some other using just Professional accounts? 

2) Will the Professional accounts users have access to the modules the Enterprise accounts have created? This is really critical for us.

Ideally, we would need the administrator to have the Enterprise account and the rest of the sales team are going to use classic professional accounts.
