Question about tracking response rates for webinar with a partner

Question about tracking response rates for webinar with a partner

I am doing a webinar with a partner. they have the sign in page for registration. how should i track the response rates... create an intermediate landing page and ask them to click to register or just import the reg list later and somehow tag the records in the campaign as reg, attended or no show. 

any thoughts? i am a new zoho user and this was very easy to do in SFDC at my old job (better have been at the price they charged :-)
