We've been having a problem for the last few days, (occasionally, it doesn't happen every time) when our workers are attempting to convert a lead to a contact, they click the convert button and the screen blanks out (we let it sit blank for 2-3 mins). When they try and move from the screen and get back into Zoho, not only is there no contact, but it completely deletes the lead too. This has happened twice in the last two days with some fairly high-profile leads. We are wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if there is any insight on how not to lose our important leads.
