Question: can you Add Notes to a Lead or Contact from within the Email Application?
Background: I receive a ton of email and it would be great if I could associate an email to a Lead or Contact from within the Email Application. This way, when I'm in the CRM application, I can view all the emails that were added to my Notes section. Is this feasible in any way?
Again, within the Email Application, I would love to "Add to" an email message that takes the email and creates a new Note for that Lead / Contact within the CRM application.
This enhances my productivity tremendously because I can easily associate and record emails with the prospects that I am following up with on a weekly basis.
