Question on Zoho free services
Our company has used Zoho for 3+ years to keep track of all CRM. We have hundreds of accounts with notes on work we have done that i would like to keep in case of an inquiry from a client. If i downgrade from Professional to the Free Edition, would i still have all my notes attached to the accounts or would i lose this information?
Any info on what you would lose from downgrading to the free edition would be beneficial.
