We are new customers of Zoho products, currently we are using zoho crm ultimate for insurance, zoho mail and zoho campaigns.

To your knowledge, is it possible to program the number ID assigned to new customers within zoho crm?

we would like to use the date when the new customer signs the contract combined with a consecutive number.

any ideas on this ?
