Question re Workflow Rules in Calls
I saw this post for years back
Now, Create Workflow Rules for Calls, Tasks & Events too! and I would like to ask about creating the workflow based on Call Result. It is stated in the post that the rule gets executed when the Call Result is "Interested." When I looked at the Calls Module, I saw that Call Result is not a Pick List but a single line field. Does this mean that the person still has to type the exact word (with correct capitalization) for the work flow to execute?
