Questions

Hi,
I am currently evaluationg ZOHO CRM, which seems very nice and complete.
I have 2 questions and a few remarks/requests:
1) "web to lead" is grayed. Is that because it is not yet implemented or does that require a special plan ?
2) there seems to be an "Opt out" field for the contacts and I thought you would provide a web interface similar to the "web to lead" for people to remove themselves from a mailing, but the help says nothing about it, and I could not find that.

Also a few remarks:
1) While using the product I had once all the "new xxx" button in ThaÎ (or similar), but that disappeared when clicking another main tab.
2) I regret slightly that the interface is not available in French, but worse, I really would need the "title" choices (Mr., Mrs, ...) to be editable globally (for all modules). Without that I would have trouble using it for external communications.
3) for the mass mail, it would be nice to have {if} conditions, at least to deal with missing fields at merge time.

Anyway, once again the products is very nice and pleasant, and seems even more complete than Salesforce.
