Questions about e-mail integration (Google Apps/Gmail in particular) and storage

We currently use Google Apps for our e-mail and would like to associate incoming messages with the Contact/Lead in Zoho CRM.  After looking at the information and video about the Zoho Mail Add-on it looks as though that would do exactly what we want.  However, I can't find answers to several simple questions, so I'm hoping to talk with someone that is already using the Zoho Mail Add-on.

1) Zoho Mail uses POP to pull the mail from Google. Is the mail left on Google's servers or deleted from Google after being pulled into Zoho?

2) Is the entire Google mailbox pulled into Zoho Mail, or only the messages associated with our CRM Contacts and Leads?  (I would prefer copying only the mail associated with Zoho Contacts/Leads into Zoho and leaving the rest of the mail only in Google.)

3) How much storage is available in Zoho Mail?  The following FAQ says that mail storage is both limited and unlimited.

According to the FAQ for Zoho Mail (as of Sept 21, 2010):

"Zoho Mail provides unlimited storage space. We provide ample storage space for personal and limited storage limit for business users."

4) If you are using the Zoho Mail Add-on, are you satisfied with the permission/sharing features?  It appears that mail sharing for a particular Contact/Lead is either on or off.  What if most messages should be shared, but specific messages are not appropriate to share? 

I'd love to talk with actual users about their experience with the Mail Add-on.
