Questions about our account

I wouldliek to obtain some information about our account. Who is the account registered to? I know we pay for the additional users but if we wanted to make changes to the account can we or is it only the administrator? Please let mw know wher i can obtain aswers to these questions ad if you have a customer service line where someone answers. Thank you.
