Questions about the new version of Campaigns
Hi Everyone and especially to the Zoho Campaigns team,
I participated in a webinar today on the new features and it has left me with a few questions and doubts.
- What exactly is the difference between auto-responders and workflows. It seems that they are very similar and the fact that there are more of them is leaving me even more confused. I tried searching the help menu for "automation" but the things that came back really were not relevant.
- There is an ability to use webhooks to manage lists and the list is updated immediately. Does the same happen between Zoho CRM and Campaigns or is that still just once a day sync?
- I noticed that you could look at the subscribers and see if they never responded or opened your emails, although I saw it in the webinar, I can“t seem to find it now. The question is, If I have been using Campaigns for a couple of years and now wanted to clean my list, will I be able to look at a list and remove the email addresses of those who have never opened one single email. If yes, please tell us how.
My last observation has to do with support. PLEASE set up a support chat for campaigns. I really need to take advantage of this platform, but email support never seems to be detailed enough and phone calls for me are less productive. I am a small business owner who wears a lot of hats and when I find time to set up a campaign, I need help in that moment to get a task done. A call back or an email a day later just is not the same as a chat or a Zoho Assist screen share to work through issues in the moment. So again, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give us chat support.
