Questions about Zoho Mail & Tasks Management

Hi Zoho, I have some questions, if you could help answer:

  • With Zoho Mail Add On, can you make it default so all emails are automatically shared amongst all users?  As opposed to clicking the share with colleagues check box, under each contact?
  • Within "tasks", is it possible to modify the default pre-defined fields..."call", "email", "meeting", ect
  • When adding a contact & new task from an email (under Zoho Mail tab), can you assign this task to another user?
  • Is it possible to have two "Potential" tabs?  One for managing pre-sales & one for managing post sales?
