I cant seem to find a roadmap for this, I have a few questions:
Are there any plans to allow cleint scripting in this module?
Any plans to allow "buttons"?
We have integrated with Yeastar PBX, but intitiatting a call though the CRM doesnt allow us to close the completed call. It just logs a call in the background. Are there any plans to finetune the Yeastar intigration is it better nested within the CRM and allow us to implement CRM functionality?
Teh call disposition doesn't allow for inputing the call result outcome, on which fields i have workflows associated with.
There is an elispses menu that we can click on that will bring up a drop down that will allow us to input the call result, but that takes WAY to lonmg to open and is basically useless for our telesales guys as it also won tallow workflows to be triggured from these fields. And the time to wait for it to open is not pracitical for our business use case.
