With the release of our WordPress plugin, you can add live chat capabilities to any WordPress site and start chatting with the customers and visitors who are visiting your sites. Connect, chat, engage and support instantly from any WordPress powered site with Zoho LiveDesk.
Installation
Getting the extension added to your WordPress site is easy. Just Upload the zip file of the extension (download link below) into your site's "wp-content" folder.
Or if you prefer, you can install Zoho LiveDesk directly from your WordPress admin page.
In your administration console, Visit the Plugins - > Add New -> Search for 'Zoho LiveDesk'. Then Click to install the extension.
Once installed, activate the plugin so you can begin to chat with your customers and visitors directly from your WordPress sites.
To receive live chat notifications you should be logged in to https://livedesk.zoho.com/

Before you can add live chat to your WordPress sites, you will need to sign up for a LiveDesk account--you can do that here: https://livedesk.zoho.com/register.sas
