Not a question thread.

Being in the publishing/magazine industry I can appreciate that people tend to get in touch with a gripe rather than a positive - and so they should - but in a fit of goodwill...

Just wanted to say that I have started using Zoho CRM for our mid size publishing house and, yes, we're having some issues adapting it for our own use but overall I have been absolutely delighted with the help, speed and professionalism of the support team (and the developer team) at Zoho.

I'm sure I'll be on here pulling my own hair and attempting to pull the developers hair as our needs increase, but credit where it is due. A cheap, customisable CRM system that seems to be adapting to its users needs. Kudos!

Well done to all concerned, and I hope it grows into something great.

I'll be back on shortly looking for deadlines on.. pbx call integration, automated group tasks, google calendar integration, better tele-sales workflow techniques, lead from account, Relationship mapping, mobile integration and all the other gripes.

(ps. can you make the user manual more comprehesive ;-))
