Quick Create Account in Deal

Quick Create Account in Deal

When I go to a deal to quick create an account for them, it has a field that is mandatory but you can't select options and this field is not even associated with an account. How do I get rid of this field in the quick create pop up. It won't let us choose an option either or save. It's the bottom field.
