Quick View

I use Zoho mail online and would like to use "quick view" under settings and mail, for opening messages, but it just says "Loading ..." indefinitely and never loads. Because of this I have been opening messages in a new window which is not ideal.

I am using Maxthon 3 as my browser but I believe I have tried this in other browsers and had the same problem. Does anyone know if there is a solution for this?
