People - you are asking the Zoho people that clearly are over their heads in this matter, to solve this issue.  Zoho has ZERO redundancy since the rains took them down. Any tech can see this is the case. Now you expect the same folks to be able to answer your questions?!? Really?  They set it up wrong and you expect them same people to pull a magic solution out of no where to help you instantly. 
Get the hint, they got into this mess since they do not know how to set up their technology services correctly and now they are saying whatever it takes to keep you as a customer. It is fixed! Right...wrong.  They are saying this to make you think you are the problem and not them.

We all chose the wrong provider, admit it, accept it and do something about it. Use this energy to move to another place that will take care of you and not give you a headache.

I am sorry for the rain nightmare this is causing Zoho people and I hope they are fine, but this is not an excuse for bad management and poor technical skills.
