Quota Module

It would be a fantastic addition to the zoho crm package to have a quota format for the number of calls, emails, appts, for a particular client by a particular person. This way I could keep track of who is working and who is not and it would give me some assurance that they would in turn be on target or off for their sales quota. I could pull up a dashboard report daily to see if I'm going to make the companies sales quota for the week, month, quarter, or the forecast for the year.

This would be a huge, huge boon for salespeople.
