Quote a Lead - No Conversion
I've been digging into hosted CRM for about 4 months now and am searching for help. Maybe someone can enlighten me.
I find no need for potentials because we would rather go directly to presenting a quote. Pipeline data would be drawn from the quotes.
Is this silly?
