Quote Email / Issue

Hi

Please can you explain if i am doing this wrong

I create a Quote and then i press the send email button.

It generates a page with the pdf, but no email address has a red astrix for name, but no contact ability to search.

Also i have created a template for quote but still does not appear.

As per early post i am still unable to get any email templates working, even though email and all other functions work, the template, signatures and now the link from the sale/ quote form seem to be bugging.
