I've been using Zoho for a few years now and although CRM is a good app its Quotation module is very, very poor. This really surprises me no-end because I would imagine the business process of "quoting" would be done by majority of your client base and therefore I think its one area that is really letting Zoho CRM down.

On that note can I ask what are your specific plans for the future development of your Quotation module and can you please be specific because this will play a big factor in whether we continue to stay with zoho moving forward.
