Quote format

The quotes are not being formatted correctly. If I prepare a quote, everything looks fine, but when the quote is created, normal currency amounts such as $425.00 appear as $425.0 so the second decimal place is missing if the amount ends in zero.

Also, the quote reference number cannot be modified and is too large a number. Also, the graphis (the ovals around the categories such as Valid Till) are not smooth, but appear jagged. Can we just eliminate those and replace them with an underline?
