Problem Custom Button: Deluge outbound email fails to generate or send from Quotes Module

Environment: Zoho One, CRM, Writer, Work Drive, Outbound Email.

Confirmed Good: Email Settings, Deluge Code.

Testing Results:  Button testing redirects output to Work Drive successfully, and formatted as they are supposed to be.

The Mystery: When we execute the button push from the Quote Module, an email is supposed to be generated and sent to me for review. This email is also prep for our parts order from our vendor.

Mysteriously the outbound email is no longer generated or sent from Zoho. 

I have engaged the assistance of our partner to review this problem. Our Partner’s developer, for testing purposes, as previously stated, has redirected the output to Work Drive. The output arrives as it is supposed to. When the deluge code is changed to execute for an email, the email is never sent from Zoho.

Our Partner Has submitted for a case with their support channel. 

Question: Are any of you currently experiencing any of this?

Any suggestions for a solution?

 Zoho Supports Limited Response so far: Per Zoho, the Quote Module Does not work with merge.

Contrary to their response, the button did work and was working perfectly.

Question, isn't this the purpose of using deluge?
