I need to be able to create a quote with multiple products. At the end of the quote, I need to be able to add a couple of extra amounts that apply to the entire quote (ie local transportation, shipping etc). How can I incorporate this into the quote?

For example I might have the following quote

Item A - Unit price $10, Qty 100, Total = 1000

Item B - Unit price $5, Qty 100, Total = 500

Additional Charges

Local Transportation - $50

Shipping Charges - $100

Total - $1650

How would I go about adding the "Additional Charges"? The customer needs this break down as they might choose to handle the transportation on their own and need to see the charges clearly laid out. As well, in my country, there is no Tax. How would I remove the "Tax" column on every product?
