Quote & Products Customization

I need assistance customizing the following:

A. Quotes - 2 separate outputs

I have tried unsuccessfully to accomplish what I need by working with the templates.

Currently using the free version, but trying to get it ready to release to my company. The above items prevent me from doing a Zoho roll out.

The requests are:

1. On a Quote the product section needs to include a greater amount of description detail and spaced properly for print and email output.

2. I need line numbers to appear on the quote if possible

3. Need some additional visual enhancements - lines, colors and boxes

The output is critical and the current output is not polished enough for our needs. I have a samples that shows what I am looking for...

B. Products - ability to add descriptions "on the fly" which you currently cannot do.

1. The current pop-up when adding products "on the fly" does not allow for entering a description which seems odd. I need to be able to do this.

Can someone offer some advice on how to accomplish these?
