Quote template edition is a terrible experience on Zoho CRM. 

While editing the header is moderately easy, editing the rest (what really matters) is almost impossible if you don't master html. Adding new colums or lines, displaying discounts differently than the initial model is impossible. 

It does not make sense, Zoho CRM is a tool for sales and marketing people, not for developers. 

Zoho Books offers a way better user experience with nicer-looking templates and more edition capabilities. 

Why Zoho CRM does not align with Books? 

We invested in Zoho CRM among other reasons to facilitate and automate quote editions. Because of the template edition problem, we have to keep on producing excel-based quotes and injecting them in Zoho CRM, which is not acceptable. 

When do you plan to upgrade the system?
