When a quote is created that has many line items, we have seen that the quote can be generated over two pages.
The problem with this is, pages after page 1 will not contain our "header" which contains information such as company logo and address and page 1 will not contain our "footer".

Essentially, the table containing the quoted items cause the page to grows and wraps over the remaining pages.

The template editor has no way of entering page breaks and according to Support there is no way to setup up true header and footer sections, which seems a bit poor.

Has anyone else created templates that can be set to run over multiple pages and still provide "header" and "footer" type areas on all pages?
