Quotes: Export to PDF and attach using API

Hello,

I would like to automate the following:
- create a Quote for an account
- export that quote to PDF
- upload the PDF back into ZohoCRM, as an attachment for that Quote
using API methods.

Is this possible, has anybody done this before?
