Quoting Woes

I am having serious problems with product handling and quoting in Zoho. I have 60,000 individual products that I need to be able to quote. However, I was told by tech support that the only way to do this is to import the products, then create a price book where I will have to insert 60,000 list prices manually. This is ridiculous!!!!!! I do not want or need to use a price book. Even if I did, why can I not import my list price and not manually type in my products by hand. I cannot afford to put all of my sales people on your program and spend 100s of hours inputting data that should be a simple import. Please tell me your tech support is wrong.
