Random notes and email records re missing from some potentials

We have a free edition of the Zoho CRM and have been using it for over a year now. Just this week, one of our users had the following issue:

- some notes that she had taken on some records went missing
- some records for some emails that she had sent through zoho on some records have gone missing

I called zoho technical support twice today and they spent some time with me on the phone. They search their "back-end" and tried to see the same record on different pages, and other tests, but they couldn't find anything. They told me that although mistakes are possible, it is not the same for computers: meaning that it's not possible that our notes or email records go missing like that. The gentleman on the phone seemed to think it was an error on our part.

After finishing the call, my colleague had taken notes and saved them on another record. She then opened the same record about an hour later but on a diferent page to double check that the information was there, but it was missing.

Not sure what's happening, but the informaiton is important.

I've noticed some similar situations in the forums here on Zoho, so hoping someone can help resolve the issue for me.
