Randomly get error could not resolve remote host crm.zoho.com

Hi,

We use the Zoho API to generate leads when a user downloads our trial software. Randomly we get this error  -

Basically there are times when our server is not able to see crm.zoho.com over the last week. I understand this could be a problem on our servers. However is there any chance that the zoho service was down last week and could have caused these problems?
