Rare mx issue

Hi

I've finished setting up my new account and currently experience this situation:
- Can send emails through web, ios zoho app and outlook
- Can receive emails only through outlook and mail native ios app
- Email configuration is set to not delete message on server, both on zoho and oulook have the same instruction
- Could get at this point only by setting mx record content as www.palmanova.com.pe for both destinations mx and mx2. Neither @ or blank worked.

Any thoughts on how to get zoho web client to work.
By the way, mxtoolbox finds both mx when looking up on www.palmanova.com.pe but wont find them on palmanova.com.pe
