Although our remaining API is heavily used and we now use the Zoho subscription service, recently we have been regularly receiving rate limit requests to Zoho. We felt quite uneasy about that.
1) Can you provide me with a list of the particular criteria for restricting requests to your server? I can understand the demand for every minute, second, or hour that I can relate to.
2) Customers must be informed when there are any changes. If you let clients know about changes, your credibility will be further damaged. According to our present issue, whenever we request a rate limit, we will get the response "status: 200, error: access_denied." But recently, we ran into the issue with the status code 422, error code 'Access Denied'
I need a specific explanation for the above problems,
