Rating Contacts

What if I were able to rate Contacts using stars... similar to how people rate music... and this rating system could be used to sort contacts. Personally I would love this so I could sort people based on how strong my relationship is with them... or how important they are to my business. I guess I could do this by creating new field and creating a multiple choice box... but stars would be so much easier.
