Is it possible to see and/or publish ratings from the previous performance review?

For supervisors, having both the rating and comments would help when preparing new performance reviews.

For reviewees, having the ratings from their previous reviews immediately visible on their current review would give context for how they are progressing from the perspective of management.

If either or both of these is possible, would someone tell me how to do this?

If they are not currently possible, this would be an interesting feature to consider.
