Re: Email Unblock / Not Sending
We are having issues with one of our email accounts (ex........@og......com), when sending mails it gives an error and says that account needs to be unblocked. I have logged in online and gone to trouble shooting and there are no accounts listed in Unblock section.
I have read that this could be due to many emails being sent from this address, however this is impossible, as max is 20 today.
What is the issue with this?
