Re-organization of Zoho CRM Setup

The Setup page in Zoho CRM has been re-organized to facilitate better navigation and visibility. We, at Zoho CRM, strive to constantly improve our product to enable you to manage your sales activities better. And as we include more feature sets and enhancements, it becomes necessary for us to ensure that they are easily accessible within the application. Hence the re-organization of the Setup screen.

Here is a snapshot of the new Setup page.  


A quick glance at what has changed
  1. Earlier, there were six Setup categories. Now there are eight, with the inclusion of Channels and Developer Space
  2. Channels: All means of communication that can be used in Zoho CRM to reach out to your customers - be it email, social, telephony or live chat -  have been grouped under Channels. 
  3. Developer Space: Settings that require the expertise of a programmer have been grouped under Developer Space. This includes APIs, CRM Variables and Webforms. 
  4. The category Extensions & APIs has been renamed as Marketplace and will list all third-party integrations in CRM - including built-in integrations as well as CRM Marketplace extensions.
