I want to pull out a report of who opened the mass email sent through Contacts. If I go to Setup/Templates/click on my template/Analytics, I can see % of open rate and click rate. However, I don't know which specific contacts did not open my email. How do I pull out that list of contacts with their emails? 

I'm also trying to send a mass email to contacts that have not opened my first mass email. 

What is the fastest way to do it? I do want to track again for the 2nd mass email.
