 We are configuring CRM for the business can you please help me to setup few things;

 I have rename business referral in place of potential client and I have added data type lookup  to associate with the client.

Why I cannot see lookup on the Select Field Type area. It suddenly disappeared.

  I have synced with Google calendar. Now I just want to add zoho task and event on the calendar as well so I can see from Google calendar as well . can you please advise me ?

 How to change dashboard * Source Report: depending on my customization field. ??

  How to add New Task on the main menu next to Dashboard area ???
