I find that when using long records - such as complete contact, account or potentials records I have to do a lot of extra scrolling. It would be very nice if the top level tool barrs were pinned to the top and always visible.

The image below shows the portion of the screen I am referencing.

Specifically, everything above the Grey Text (Welcome Sena Chuck at Navigator Enterprises, LLC) should stay at the top of the screen at all times.

This is a simple change you could make that would have a big improvement in the user experience.
