Reactivated User can't Access Account

Reactivated User can't Access Account

Hi, we have been having an issue with the reactivation of a User on our account, the user recieved a notification of the reactivation of the account but when trying to log in to the platform Zoho denies the access and pops a message saying the account is deactivated even when the super administrator already reactivated the account.

Can you help us fix this?
