Most people here seem to have the opposite problem. Well, in any case, I read my mail, let's say on the laptop, and it turns unread. So far so good. I go to my iPad where I use AltaMail to read emails, and all the Zoho mails show up as New Mail, even though I have read them. Any suggestions?
Furthermore, the emails that I send also show up in the AltaMail Inbox as unread new mail. And no, this is not an AltaMail issue, because my GMX mail account works just fine. I suppose I need to tweak some settings within Zoho, but have not been able to find anything that would address these issues.
