Maybe is an overall faulting pop3 protocol  and I don't know if it possible. But I see when checking other accounts using pop3 feature of zoho mail; that messages are marked as read on server after retrieval. Even if "Leave all messages in the server" is selected. 

Can a feature like "Do not mark messages as read in the server" been implemented?
