Reason:550 5.4.6 - Mail rate exceeded limit
I've checked different questions about mass emails and multiple recipents, but I can't find an answer to this: how can a group's organization send multiple emails to multiple recipents without getting this error and blocking further communications? We sometimes need to send the same email to all the members of a specific assembly in our national board (we are the regional branch of our national students organization, but we are the only ones who use zoho as a means to organize our timetables and mail usage), so it's not spam and it's not a marketing campaign either, but we still can't send the same email to those people. Even though in your FAQs you write that free users can send up to 200 emails a day (we are 7 verified users, so more than 4) with Zoho CRM we can only send 20 emails as "mass emails" and 20 recipents it's actually not that many if you think about it. Does somebody have an answer to our problem? If so, please do tell us how to resolve this issue, because it is just impossibile to work without the simplest of features, such as sending an email to multiple recipents.
