"Reason for loss" no longer appearing in CRM

"Reason for loss" no longer appearing in CRM

Hello,

When moving the Deal from any stage to a Closed Lost stage, we used to get "Reason for Loss" field in verify details. However, it no longer appears when I try to move the Deal to Closed Lost. How can I bring the "Reason for Loss" field back?
